shame on one of the IRAS e-filling volunteer

there a volunteer write in to papers regard abt e-filling thing...

Saying he service at Fuchun CC for the first time and after the service he nv received his certificate of appreciation just because of this he wrote to the ST saying all kind of this and even commented of having 2 student volunteers were ill-equipped to handle the tax queries residents had. while my friend is over there too...

it will make ppl with wrong impression that CC or IRAS dun really bother the help out actually is wrong...
